In fact, Grubb’s team increased the average rate of return per CDI specialist by over 100%, going from roughly $40,000 to $90,000 every month.

At BCBSRI, MedeAnalytics made a significant improvement to their customer’s productivity and revenue. “As we moved into this self-service analytics environment with [MedeAnalytics’s] Employer Reporting, we noticed a meaningful increase in customer satisfaction,” said Angelo Pirri, Manager, Employer Analytics, BCBSRI. “The ability to provide our brokers and employers with real-time data and analytics insights has been critical to our success.
