Smiths Medical Selects Novasyte to Provide Implementation Support Services

February XX, 2010 – Novasyte Inc., a leading provider of executive search and clinical professional services for the medical device industry, today announced that the company has signed an agreement with Smiths Medical, ASD, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, Novasyte will assume responsibility for administering payroll and other human resource functions for Smiths Medical’s Professional Services Consultant Program. The agreement is indicative of the industry’s recognition of Novasyte as a specialized provider of clinical support solutions and implementation resources for the medical device arena.

Novasyte was chosen after an extensive review process to provide consultant resources to facilitate these programs under the direction of the Smiths Medical Professional Services Team.
