HBO & Company, Atlanta, announced that Computer Sciences Corp., El Segundo, Calif., will resell HBOC’s Pathways 2000 software in Australia and New Zealand as part of a five-year exclusive marketing agreement.

HealthPoint, Cary, N.C., announced that Companion Technologies will sell the HealthPoint ACS computer-based patient record system.
