InfoLogix Acquires RFID Patent Portfolio Company

InfoLogix Inc., Hatboro, Pa., a provider of mobile intelligence technology solutions, recently acquired a radio frequency identification (RFID) patent portfolio company from DDMS Holdings, LLC.

InfoLogix claims the acquisition strengthens its current Mobile Care Stations and RFID-based software systems.

The patent portfolio consists of five issued U.S. patents and 10 pending patent applications, and allows coverage to be extended to applications in more than 30 countries. According to InfoLogix, the inventors of RFID agreed to provide consulting services related to the commercialization and development of the acquired patent portfolio.
