Life Image to showcase new Interoperability Suite during Lunch-and-Learn Sessions, Executives to discuss innovations in AI and Women’s Breast Health

Life Image, a large network for sharing clinical and imaging data, announced that it will be participating in the annual RSNA conference to promote the advancement of interoperability and the ability for healthcare professionals to work more efficiently. The company will be demonstrating new solutions, unveiling new partnerships, sponsoring lunch-and-learn sessions, and exhibiting at the conference, which is radiology’s premier event.

At RSNA, Life Image will demonstrate its new interoperability Suite. Attendees will have an opportunity to visit the Life Image booth #1553 located at South Level 3 and receive demos of the Suite, which brings all of Life Image’s applications together under one vendor-neutral platform that supports interoperability through standards-based connectivity to a wide range of data assets.

The company also announced that it will sponsor two educational lunch-and-learn sessions at the conference:

  • “The Future of Women’s Breast Health: Breakthrough Technologies in Breast Imaging and Patient Experience, and Clinical Research,” hosted by Health Management Technology/Healthcare Informatics/Healthcare Purchasing News – EVP, Kristine Russell , will focus on the future of women’s breast health in the areas of technology, research, population health and the patient experience. Panelists include Ethan Cohen, MD, Assistant Professor, Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Division of Breast Imaging at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center; Dr. Heather Greenwood, MD, Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology in Breast Imaging at the University of California, San Francisco; Dr. Kathryn Pearson Peyton, MD, Chair of the Women’s Health Advisory Board for Mammosphere; and Cristin Gardner, Director of Consumer Products & Markets for Mammosphere. The lunch-and-learn will take place Tuesday, November 27 at 12:30 P.M. CT. in room S404AB.
  • “Practical Use Cases in Imaging Artificial Intelligence,” hosted by Chilmark Research analyst Brian Edwards, will focus on real-world applications of imaging artificial intelligence, and how stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem are working together to leverage novel capabilities to improve diagnostics, clinical trial productivity, comparative effectiveness, and clinical decision support. Panelists include Arie Meir, Google Product Manager; Dr. Karim Galil, MD, Founder of Mendel AI; Dr. Gabriel Brat, MD, Trauma Surgeon at Beth Israel Deaconess and Bioinformatics Professor at Harvard Medical School; Aditya Sane, Data Science and R&D Executive at ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte; and Janak Joshi, CTO at Life Image. The lunch-and-learn will take place Wednesday, November 28 at 12:30 P.M. CT. in room S404AB.
